Maria Nascimento. Visual Artist - Hand free Drawing Charcoal

I'm a visual artist. For me drawing is like talk, I need to say what I am feeling and what I want and had been talking with my artwork. Is about people and about me or about all I see around. I prefer to represent figurative draw, nature and human. My passion for drawing became early and a teacher at my 2th grade still so young gave motivation and confidence about my natural ability. She gave me '"zero" for my artwork because didn´t believe that was me the author. My father posed two  hours and I drew him. At that time I figure out a wonderful hobby, ART.

Since my childhood drawing is my best way to say what I fell, but only at the university I gave some technique to my work when studied guided for the recognized artit Silvia Mattos in Campinas, São Paulo. Maybe was my beginning as professional. After that some of my workdraw was showed in Los Alamos , New Mexico, USA (UNM)  and just returned to Brazil I had the opportunity to teach at the Oficina Cultural Sérgio Buarque de Holanda, São Carlos, São Paulo-Brazil. At that time I created during my Course to Oficina Cultural de São Paulo (OSBH) fifteen artwork (nude, nature, human).

At this moment I am working in a special  projects to Brazilian Navy, one is capture the Arsenal de Marinha do Rio de Janeiro and is about all around the "Ilha das Cobras" and another special work as an honor is Cover Page of the PAGMAR Marine Magazine.
